Dr. Ronald Phelps, a native of New York City, NY, has lived in Tuscaloosa since 1975. He received an undergraduate degree from University of Arizona, and a medical degree from University of Oregon. He practices at The Radiology Clinic and is also on staff at DCH Regional Medical Center, Northport Medical Center, Fayette Medical Center and Pickens County Medical Center.
