Two Ways to Get Your Files

Fastest

By Phone

Call our Medical Records office at (205) 345-7000 between 8am and 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Please have your date of birth and the approximate date of your study ready.

Same-Day Pickup

In Person

Stop by 208 McFarland Circle N., Tuscaloosa, AL 35406. Bring a photo ID. Same-day pickup is available for most requests.

What You'll Need

Bring (or Have Handy)

Photo ID (driver's license, state ID, or passport)
Your date of birth
Approximate date of the imaging study
Signed release form (we can email or fax this to you)

Turnaround Times

When to Expect Your Files

Reports

Usually available within 24 hours of your study.

Imaging files

Usually ready for pickup or delivery within 1–2 business days.

Outside providers

If your physician needs files sent to another provider, we can coordinate directly — just give us their fax or secure portal information.
