The Radiology Clinic Insurance Department has an immediate opening for an Insurance Specialist. The Insurance Specialist is responsible for filing insurance for multiple insurance carriers, handling both patient and insurance phone calls, maintaining knowledge of insurance types and their requirements as well as keeping up with insurance company changes. Simplified Medical Management, LLC, an affiliated company of The Radiology Clinic, has positions open for an IT Support Specialist and a Vice President of Compliance.

The Vice President of Compliance will be responsible for organizing, managing and directing the company-wide and contracted client’s compliance, privacy, and internal audit programs; each designed to ensure the company and its clients remain compliant with all regulatory agencies and appropriate payer requirements in the healthcare industry. A Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Finance, Law, Accounting, Health Services Management, Information Management, or Business is preferred; or equivalent experience will be considered. The Support Specialist is responsible for the overall IT success of Simplified Medical Management, LLC, including The Radiology Clinic and other healthcare customers.  This individual provides technology support to users that utilize several applications and systems including EHR, RIS, PACS, Dictation, Microsoft Office, operating systems etc. They will also support a variety of equipment comprising desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, phones, network devices, etc.  The Support Specialist will provide technology support onsite, remotely, over the phone and via email.  Analyzing computer systems and making proactive recommendations to improve processes and workflow is not only welcomed but also encouraged in this role.  A degree in the field of computer science or business administration and experience in an IT support role is preferred.  If interested, please send your resume and cover letter to resumes@tuscrad.com by close of business on Friday, November 30th.
